Love Island star slams loose cannon Tanya who lives for other peoples drama

Love Island star Marcel Somerville has slammed Tanya for who loves to "stir the pot" with other Islanders.

The Blazin' Squad rapper chatted exclusively to the Daily Star after launching a brand new single with his band titled Playin' Games.

Marcel, 37, shared his thoughts on the current cast of the show and revealed who he was loathing from the line-up.

The series three star said: "Just simply because whenever there is a drama, I feel like she loves to throw fuel onto the fire and then stand back and be like 'Oh'.

"She lives for other people's drama and also I didn't like the way she was treating Shaq.

"Obviously Shaq got a bit upset because he felt like he was being tag teamed by her and Lana and she wouldn't see his point of view. When you're in a relationship with someone, you should try to mediate rather than attack the other person."

This comes as Blazin' Squad have released a Valentine's themed single titled Playin' Games.

Marcel said that alongside touring the UK, the noughties group wanted "give back" to their fans and deliver some fresh material.

The TV star said that fans love to hear the band's classic tunes such as Crossroads, Flip Reverse and Love on the Line.

Their new track is available on all streaming service and is the first of many new releases that they hope to bring to fans this year.

Marcel also teased that some old faces may be returning to the forefront, as the original line-up had 10 members but currently tour with just four.

The producer teased that the full group are "still friends" and some may be coming out of the woodwork in the coming months.

Marcel revealed that they all reunited for his wedding to wife Rebecca last year and are still in touch with one another.

The star and his wife share two-year-old son Roman together and hope to give him a sibling in the near future, after the couple sadly suffered a miscarriage last year.
