Love Island's Amy Hart has labelled herself a "party pooper" as she decided to spill the beans on what really goes on during the lavish parties in the villa.
The star has been sharing her insider info on TikTok since the new series aired, and the latest bombshell she dropped followed the party the islanders had on Tuesday night.
After successfully completing a challenge, the islanders were sent a text to notify them that they would be having a party that night in the villa.
However, Amy told her followers that they're not quite as fun as they may sound on TV.

Speaking to her 641,000 TikTok followers, Amy said: "I've just seen on Love Island they're like, 'Tonight… you've won… a party!' and they're all like jumping and dancing.
"I don't know if this is their first party of the series but I can tell you now their party will be three songs, two bottles of prosecco. That's it.
"Then it's just business as usual. I hate to be a party pooper but that's what they've got in store."
Taking to the comments, viewers were left bamboozled by Amy's revelation, with one person writing: "Two bottles of prosecco between like what? Ten?! A quarter of a glass each?"
While another said: "Wow no wonder Maura was more concerned about the wine when Molly Mae fell over."
A third wrote: "Parties always look so basic."
The islanders do have very strict rules when it comes to drinking alcohol in the villa as part of ITV's care regime, so islanders are allowed one glass on a normal night and two glasses at parties.
Tuesday night's party saw the arrival of two new bombshells enter the villa, with Remi Lambert and Jay Younger – and the duo certainly caught the eyes of the female stars.
The teaser for Wednesday evening's show saw tensions rise between Jay and Jacques while the girls eyed up the newbies.
It was certainly one of their more eventful parties – and in Love Island, parties rarely remain drama-free.
Love Island continues tonight on ITV2 at 9pm.
