There's going to be a shock recoupling revealed on tonight's episode of Love Island – and it's the girls that are going to be choosing.
But out of the girls, the three that will be holding the most power are Antigoni, Ekin-Su, and Danica, who could cause a few problems in the villa after last night's steamy heart-rate challenge.
As the Islanders are relaxing and reflecting on last night's challenge, Ekin-Su receives a text which reads: “Islanders, tonight there will be a recoupling in which the girls will choose which boys they want to couple up with. #girlsontop #bigchickenergy”.
This puts Ekin-Su in a position of power, but she is confused about her next move and speaks to Gemma about Davide.
She asks him: “Do you think he is interested in me?”
Gemma says: “I think he is but it will be a longer process, there still definitely is chemistry. Everyone can see it.”
But she's still not convinced, and leaves her in a difficult decision – torn between Davide, Charlie, and Jay.
Later in the Beach Hut, Ekin-Su ponders her upcoming decision, saying: “I have these three boys in front of me, all of them have given me something great. Charlie is amazing, I’m myself with him- everything flows, nothing is forced.
"Jay obviously there’s a very big sexual chemistry with him, then you have Davide who we did start something… what do I do?”
But with time running out, Ekin-Su has a big decision to make.
Meanwhile, Danica is set to make a move on Jay ahead of the recoupling – who was firmly shown the door by his previous partner, Paige.
She says: “If I’m honest, you were in my top three when I first came in, looks wise, so it’s not like I’d be completely closed off to being in a couple with yourself. I think it’s important for me to let you know that you’re somebody that I would consider.”
Whether Jay accepts or rejects Danica's advances will most certainly play a factor in her choice for recoupling.
Also in the show, Jacques pulls Paige over for a chat on the day beds to apologise for how he reacted in the moment last night.
He says: “When you actually opened up and told me why, I was like ok, I apologise. I should’ve had your feelings first before mine.”
In the Beach Hut he reflects: “Last night with Paige, I was quite selfish at first- I realised that pretty quick when I spoke to her. I should’ve been there for her straight away.”
Back on the day beds, he says to her: “I’d love to prove to you how much you mean to me.”
Antigoni also has a difficult decision to make, as she could potentially be stealing either Davide or Jay from one of the other two girls.
Discussing her options, she says: “With Davide, I’m super comfortable – we really get along. Whatever it ended up being, it would be authentic.
"With Jay there was an initial attraction there but obviously I came in as this whole saga with Paige was unravelling and now he’s turned round in the last few days and is like I want to get to know you on a more romantic level. Part of me would like to get to know Jay still.."
To offset some of the tension in tonight's show, Dami and Andrew make a surprise homemade breakfast for partners Indiyah and Tasha to make up for their hearts beating quickest for other women in last night's challenge.
Thankfully for them, they're in a forgiving mood – and Indiyah makes a subtle dig at them while saying they "made up for it".
Indiyah says: “My heart is racing for this pancake, you deffo made up, you deffo made up for yourselves.”
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox
