Love Island presenter Laura Whitmore appeared to be missing from the latest episode of the popular ITV show as the girls were whisked away to Casa Amor.
The infamous saucy villa opened its doors once again during Friday's episode of the much-loved dating show, leaving viewers on the edges of their seats.
But plenty of viewers noticed that the host was missing from the show, something that hasn't happened in previous series.
Taking to Twitter, fans wondered where Laura was.
One person said: "Is @thewhitmore not even going to casa amour?! I prefer season 1 style where Caroline camped outside the villa and had Iain on the show."
Another said: "Laura Whitmore really left on that first episode and said 'I’ll see you when I see you."'
A third penned: "I don’t know what Laura Whitmore gets paid for cos our girl Caroline was prancing into that villa dropping bombs weekly??"
Meanwhile a fourth added: "Seriously where is laura whitmore on #LoveIsland is there any point having a presenter if she never presents??"
According to recent reports, 37 year old Laura has only appeared in 14 minutes of the main show despite having £600k pay packet.
According to The Sun, almost 27 hours of villa action has been aired so far this year, with the halfway point now approaching.
Laura has appeared on 13 minutes and 26 seconds of the main show up until the point of Wednesday evening's episode. This means the star has been paid the equivalent of £744 a second.
Fans of the show have also been left scratching their heads regarding the format when an islander is dumped from the villa.
