Love Island's Irish hunk Matthew MacNabb has revealed he had a secret chat with Dale Huncho – telling him that he fancied Mary Bedford.
Handsome Matthew was booted off the show last week when Priya Gopaldas decided to pick new boy Brett Staniland over him.
Matthew was previously coupled up with fashion blogger Kaz Kamwi before he dumped her by the fire pit by saying "we're done".
The hunk was sure he had a connection with medical student Priya after they bonded over a shared love for exercise but sadly, she chose model Brett over him and Matt was sent home packing.
However, the Irish Islander has now admitted that he had the hots for another lady in the villa – blonde babe Mary – and he was even ready to try it on with her at the Island Vibes Club.
Appearing on the Love Island: The Morning After podcast, Matthew shared juicy details about scenes that were never aired on TV.
Speaking to former Islander Kem Cetinay and his co-star Arielle Free, Matthew opened up about his stint in the villa and which girls caught his eye.
When asked if there were any girls he wished he'd gotten to know better on the show other than Priya, Matthew said that he told Dale that he was into Mary, telling him that he was interested in getting to know her.

But he then confessed: "I did say to Dale before Island Vibes Club that I liked Mary kind of, and I was gonna talk to her."
Matthew quipped: "Yeah, that was a secret, there!"
He went on to say: "But then I said to him, 'Listen, you [two] are doing so well that I really don't want to get in the way of any of that. Dale's a really good friend of mine."
Mary and Dale had been getting to know each other at that point, so Matthew didn't want to ruin that for his friends.
But he explained that when Dale was voted off alongside Abigail Rawlings, Matthew was thinking of pursuing Mary and "starting something" with her.

He continued: "Dale obviously went at Island Vibes Club and I was actually going to start something with Mary."
He added: "Honestly I really liked Priya so I was just focused on that but had Priya not been in it at that stage it would have been different I think."
Mary has been coupled up with footballer Aaron Simpson, and the pair looked rather smitten together on the show during their dinner date on Monday.
They were voted one of the least compatible couples by their fellow Islanders, but were saved by the public vote on Sunday night.
Love Island continues at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVHub.
