'LPBW': Zach Roloff Said He's No Longer Sympathizing With Amy Roloff When it Comes to Roloff Farms

Those who’ve been following Little People, Big World know Amy Roloff had a tough time moving off of Roloff Farms. After her divorce from Matt Roloff, she decided to leave the farm property behind and buy a new place. But the move took longer than expected — and even her son, Zach Roloff, is having trouble sympathizing with Amy. Here’s what Zach told the cameras on the show.

Amy Roloff is slowly moving off of Roloff Farms in ‘Little People, Big World’

Moving is never easy, and Amy had to make some major decisions post-divorce. While she lived on Roloff Farms for 30 years, she decided Matt could keep Roloff Farms and she’d move off of the property. And during season 21 of LPBW, viewers can see how hard it is for Amy to quickly pack her things and move forward.

Unfortunately, Matt’s timeline for Amy moving off the farm doesn’t line up with Amy’s. While Matt hoped Amy would move as quickly as possible, Amy’s taking her time.

“It could be hard for Amy to leave the farm,” Matt told the cameras during Season 21 Episode 2. “She has so many memories. But I think in the end, it’s gonna be healthy for the whole family when Amy moves on and frees herself from the baggage of the farm. I think she’s gonna be happier. The family’s now gonna feel more settled.”

Zach Roloff said he’s losing patience with Amy and her move

While Matt is getting frustrated with Amy’s move, so is Zach. Zach’s watched his parents go through their divorce, and he also witnessed Amy come to the difficult decision to move off of Roloff Farms. Now, he wants Amy to move off of the farm property ASAP so everyone can move on with their lives.

“I’m a fan of my dad taking over the whole farm,” Zach told the cameras. “I think it’ll be healthier for everybody when my mom moves off the farm.”

During Season 21 Episode 2 of LPBW, Zach also stated that he’s losing sympathy with Amy. He noted that he’s typically on Amy’s side when it comes to conflict between Amy and Matt, but at this point, he’s over it.

“I’ve always sided with Mom, but I’m probably a little bit more like, ‘Hey mom, sympathies are done. Let’s roll,’” Zach told Matt while visiting Roloff Farms.

“It would be nice to see the farm in a better place,” Zach continued on to the cameras. “There’s a lot of indecisiveness. And I tend to sympathize with my mom a lot historically, especially over the years. But in this particular situation, it’s becoming difficult.”

Ultimately, Zach said there will be ‘conflict’ if Amy stays on the farm

Zach has the best interest of both his mom and dad at heart, but he’s certainly tired of the bickering and indecisive behavior. And it’s clear he wants Amy to move forward while Matt continues caring for Roloff Farms for now.

“Health-wise, it’s in her best interest to move off,” Zach continued to the camera. “You know, two different people are living on it that don’t really get along. There’s gonna be conflict if things don’t get resolved soon.”

It looks like major conflict will occur in episode 3 of this season, though. In the sneak peek for the next episode Matt calls Amy “defensive,” and Amy calls Matt “pushy.” It doesn’t look like the two come to an agreement, as Amy storms off.

We’re hoping Zach can continue to help keep the peace between his fighting parents as LPBW continues!
