Married At First Sight UK star Thomas Kriaras recently stunned fans when he unveiled his remarkable body transformation.
The 27-year-old groom, currently navigating his new marriage to wife Rozz Darlington, 28, left viewers astounded with his ripped physique. Thomas, hailing from Wiltshire, seemed almost unrecognisable as he proudly displayed his chiseled look, complete with a six-pack and bulging biceps.
He couldn't resist sharing his journey, posting a side-by-side comparison of his past and present selves on his Instagram page. The before image saw him sporting a smart black suit with a grey T-Shirt while the after, and current, version showed him topless in his kitchen showcasing his lean figure.

To accentuate his muscles, he performed a bicep curl on his left arm while holding his phone for his mirror selfie in his right hand. He said: "I don't recognise myself sometimes when I look back at old photos of myself.
"On the left was me five years ago, looking for a new suit for my graduation and that was the only one that'd fit my small frame. On the right is me now, the strongest I've ever been." Thomas reminisced about his transformation in a heartfelt caption.
Other snaps show the hunk topless in the street showing off his toned physique and posing in a hot tub. Thomas, who married quirky wife Rozz during one of the show's most awkward wedding ceremonies, revealed he was feeling healthy and happy since filming wrapped.
The duo faced a rocky start after florist Rozz admitted she was struggling to find the spark between them – even after they consummated the marriage. During the first commitment ceremony, Thomas opened up about his feelings of rejection and admitted he felt hurt and ignored in the wake of their intimacy.
Addressing the question of what he might have done differently in hindsight, he shared: "After doing a Q&A today, I had a lot of people asking me what I would have done differently if I could go back.
"I would've made sure I continued being my best self instead of letting myself become unhappy and unfit." Thomas expressed his gratitude for the transformative experience he had on Married At First Sight, stating: "I'm in such a good place, and it's because of all the beautiful people I met on this amazing experience thanks to #marriedatfirstsight.
"Thanks, everyone, for being amazing. I can't wait for you guys to see mine and @rozzdarlington's journey!!!!" While the fate of Thomas and florist Rozz's relationship remains a mystery, fans eagerly anticipate whether the couple will find their romantic spark.
Their previous attempt to gauge their feelings for each other through intimacy left viewers intrigued, and their awkward honeymoon in Austria only added to the suspense. In an interview with The Sun, Thomas hinted at moments of difficulty during the series, mentioning "manipulative" cast mates and a wedding ceremony that some described as the "most cringeworthy" ever.

“I think some people just couldn’t help the competitive aspect. I was just trying to focus on my relationship with Ros, but I was so surprised by how some people were trying to get between others. It hurt me to see that. You really feel exposed at times, like everyone is coming for you.”
Despite his silence on the outcome of their relationship, Thomas credited Rozz with rejuvenating his spirits, saying: "I wouldn't have got through it without Rozz. "She gave me my spark back. I have to give her credit for that, and I feel really blessed. I am so grateful to her, and viewers will see that we go on a massive journey. The lows are low, but the highs are bloomin' high."
