Molly Marsh worries Love Island fans as she admits learning hard lessons after 'hitting a wall' outside the villa | The Sun

MOLLY Marsh left her Love Island fans worried after admitting learning hard lessons and ‘hitting a wall’ outside the villa.

The stunning blonde star, 21, took to social media to share a lengthy message after returning from a family trip to Los Angeles.

Molly penned: “As soon as I landed in London @zachariah_noble97 was waiting for me at the airport and we’ve spent a relaxed few days together.

“Just a reminder to everyone that it’s important to take time to do you! I’ve learnt this so much recently!

“I’ve found myself hit a wall the past few days feeling run down and sick and it’s all because I haven’t taken time to pamper… self care… & ultimately breathe!”

Molly continued by issuing a message to fans, which read: “Take time for you!! You are not missing out… you are not being lazy. You need it.”

Inside Molly Marsh’s family holiday in America as she spends time apart from Zach

She told her legion of fans she’d decided to take some pamper time and had checked into a hotel to do so, before jetting off on another trip.

The theatre performer took to Instagram earlier last week to explain that she and Zach were spending time apart – and that she was heading to Los Angeles with her mum, dad and sister.

The family visited a number of tourist spots including the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Universal Studios.

It comes after Molly took a swipe at her former co-star Kady McDermott, 27.

The girls were caught up in a feud ever since they clashed over Zach.

Since leaving the villa, Molly has insisted she's got no plans to make up with Kady and opened up about what it was like to live with her love rival.

She said: "I think it’d be a bit of an awkward friendship. I’d kind of rather not.

"I explained it before as like having an ex in your house every day. That was the feeling I had, and it was just one that I’d rather not have to think about."

During the interview with OK! Magazine, Zach added: "There’s no bad blood from my side. I’m grown up enough to know not everyone in your life is meant to be a friend.

"I don’t really see that blossoming anytime soon, but being civil? 100%."
