Levi (played by Richie Morris) has just about got his family life back on track, ever since his grandmother Sheila Canning (Colette Mann) told him she was the reason he was attacked by a group of thugs when he was younger. What she and his cousin Kyle Canning (Chris Milligan) don’t realise is the horrendous ordeal from his past led to him suffering from uncontrollable seizures, meaning he will have epilepsy for the rest of his life. At the moment, only Neighbours favourite Bea Nilsson (Bonnie Anderson) knows the truth but upcoming scenes on the Channel 5 soap will see him confess to his loved ones what he has been hiding from them all these years.
The drama kicks off next week when one of the Australian’s biggest storylines of the year comes to a head after he and colleague Yashvi Rebecchi (Olivia Junkeer) begin to realise who is behind the drugs operation running rampant throughout Ramsay Street.
Viewers have already seen them suspect their boss and detective Dax Braddock (Dean Kirkright) is the kingpin behind the illegal activity.
It seems their intuition is correct as the villain starts to struggle to keep up his nice guy persona and it becomes clear he wants the youngsters out the picture for good.
Not only does he suspend Yashvi from her duties, but he also takes things one step further with Levi by messing with his epilepsy medication.
Unfortunately, this has severe consequences for the young police officer as he begins fitting at number 26.
Luckily, he is found and given the right medication to get his seizures back under control but his family have a lot of questions to ask.
Sheila always knew her grandson had some head trauma following the attack but never realised just how severe it was.
The Canning matriarch will surely be left devastated by her loved one’s condition, but it’s not just his family he has to answer to.
Given his career in the force, the youngster has to confess he has been harbouring a medical condition which could jeopardise his place on the front line.
Viewers will have to wait and see what the future holds for Levi but his life isn’t the only one in danger as Dax goes on the rampage.
With Yashvi have cracked the case, her boss takes her hostage at Erinsborough High by threatening her with a taser.
Although it seems she might be the only one in the firing line, the likes of Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne) are quickly drawn into the horror ordeal.
As the corrupt detective loses control, he hurts anyone who gets in his way with Richie Amblin (Lachie Miller) taking a brutal beating.

Dax is a lot more dangerous than anyone thought

Speaking about the terrifying plot, Yashvi star Olivia told Express.co.uk: “As soon as she ends up in the hostage situation, the realisation that a lot of people could be really hurt is there from the get-go.
“Dax proves to be a lot more dangerous than anyone thought he was and a lot cleverer than Yashvi, so she doesn’t even know where to begin and she’s out of her depth as soon as she gets into that situation!”
