Loose Women panellists were branded “bitter” as they watched This Morning accept a gong for the Best Daytime show at the National Television Awards.
As Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield headed up to the stage to accept the gilded award with their fellow presenters and crew, the camera panned to the Loose Women panellists including Kaye Adams and Linda Robson.
Doubt was thrown over the beloved ITV show following the backlash the presenting duo faced following ‘queue-gate’ just one week after the late Queen Elizabeth II’s passing.

The morning show was up against Loose Women, The Chase and The Repair Show, but Holly and Phil managed to sway the British public after they took home the coveted award.
During the live show, eagle-eyed viewers believe they spotted the Loose Women casts’ disappointment on their faces after they won the award for the second year in a row.
Fans soon flooded to Twitter to share their thoughts on social media where they pointed out the awkward on-air moment.
One user penned: “Anyone else see the Loose Women nod there with the eye roll when Holly and Phil won.”
Another agreed: “Seeing @loosewomen’s Linda Robson’s face & reaction when they announced @thismorning as the #NTA winner was so, so funny …. ahahaha.”

A third chimed in with: “Take it the voting was before queue gate! Loose Women looked fuming” as a fourth added: “The @loosewomen clearly not happy about @thismorning picking the #Daytime #NTA NTAAwards.”
A fifth quipped: “Well the #LooseWomen didn’t look bitter at all #NTAAwards,” while another tweeted: “Loose Women being a bit shady there at the This Morning win #NTAAwards.”
Holly and Phil were delighted with the win, as the dad-of-two gave an emotional speech admitting that the cast and crew “don’t take the award for granted”.
He then handed over the mic to fellow presenter Alison Hammond who joked that she should have won the award for Best Presenter over Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly who won the award for the 21st year in a row.
