ONLY Connect fans are going to have to get their daily quiz fix from somewhere else for a while after the show has been cancelled and moved because of the rugby.
Host Victoria Coren-Mitchell shared the news on Twitter, writing: "Only Connect is not on today because of the rugby! Here is a related infomercial."
Alongside the message was a clip from the Only Connect studio, with two teams facing off to crack the code put in front of them with the category TV Quiz Scheduling.
When someone finally got the answer, it revealed: "Only Connect is usually on Monday but will be on Tuesday for the next four weeks."
In its place, viewers will instead see Tonga Vs Wales in a clash for the Rugby World Cup.
The official Twitter page of the championship responded back in code, writing: "Frst Grdeners Wrld, nw nly Cnnct. Thnks fr ndrstndng Vctr, Mndy wll b yrs gn sn." (First Gardeners World, now Only Connect. Thanks for understanding Victoria, Mondays will be yours again soon.)
But other fans were not so understanding, and instead thought it was unfair that their fave show was getting booted in favour of the rugby.
"Why can't they put the rugby on BBC 1 surely no-one watches that channel on a Monday night anyway!" wrote one fan.
While another responded: "this is heartbreaking!! i doubt very many of us only connect fans are fond of change, knowing what the demographic is."
"Dream of the day when rugby (or equivalent) is replaced by Only Connect. We are the majority, surely?" joked a third.
However others thought the BBC could've benefitted from the show simply being moved elsewhere to make the most of its broadcasting channels.

"Well thats not fair. Why does Rugby take precedence over Your show – whats wrong with sticking it on BBC3 or 4?" said one.
While a second considered: "Why didn't the @BBC put either the rugby or the quiz night on BBC4.
"Surely a better use of resources than repeats of Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em, Reggie Perrin and Yes Minister which have been shown many times before."
Only Connect will air Tuesdays at 7pm for the next four weeks on BBC Two, and is also available on BBC iPlayer.
