Jade (played by Melissa Saint-Amand) made quite the impression when she was first introduced to the Ozark universe back in season two of the Netflix drama. A dancer at Marty Byrde’s (Jason Bateman) strip club, Jade soon caught the eye of bar manager Sam (Kevin Johnson) with the two embarking on a romance ever since. However, heading into the fourth and final season of Ozark their relationship faces its biggest test yet, but it isn’t just in the Netflix series actor Saint-Amand will be returning to screens soon.

That’s because Saint-Amand has been unveiled as one of the actors in FX’s star-studded anthology series, The Premise.

Star of NBC’s The Office, BJ Novak has created and written the series for FX and Hulu with the first two episodes penned to air on September 16.

Each episode will follow a different story and be led by a different cast as Novak’s series will provide a comedic take on the biggest issues in the modern era.

Saint-Amand will appear in the pilot episode titled Social Justice Sex Tape – and she isn’t the only high-profile name.

Pitch Perfect star Ben Platt will lead the episode alongside Big Mouth’s Ayo Edebiri.

Tracee Ellis Ross of Girlfriends and Black-ish fame will also star, as will BoJack Horseman’s Jermaine Fowler.

Social Justice Sex Tape following a twenty-something who spots a controversial police incident in the background of a rather embarrassing sex tape.

The man in question (Platt) has to decide how best to use the tape in order to spare an innocent man from prison, all the while trying to maintain his own dignity.

Throughout the rest of the anthology, several other big names will bring unique and darkly comic stories to life.

The Walking Dead’s Jon Bernthal, Narcos star Boyd Holbrook, Unbelievable’s Kaitlyn Dever and The Good Doctor’s Daniel Day Kim are just four other big names who’ll appear.

While fans only have a few weeks to wait to see Saint-Amand back on screens in The Premise, it will be a while until she returns as Jade in Ozark.

The fourth and final season is still being filmed ahead of its return to Netflix but fans will undoubtedly be keen to see what happens to Jade and Sam given the dramatic season three finale.
