Piers Morgan is not known for biting his tongue.
And the former journalist stayed true to his reputation as he weighed in on the recent drama between Phillip Schofield and Amanda Holden on Good Morning Britain.
Speaking about how GMB had been nominated for TV Choice Award alongside This Morning, The Chase and The Repair Shop, Piers couldn't help but make a subtle dig.
After Richard Arnold revealed who they were up against, Piers quipped back: "What the hell is The Repair Shop?
"Isn't that This Morning at the moment from what I'm reading?"
As he made the gag, Susanna Reid and Richard awkwardly sniggered from their seats.
"I'm joking… only joking!," Piers quickly recovered.
But Susanna was still cringing that he'd come for their fellow ITV show, hiding her face behind a sheet of paper before quickly changing the subject.
Rumours of a rift between Amanda and Phil began when it was claimed he'd stopped her from hosting the show while Holly Willoughby was away with I'm A Celebrity.
Heart FM breakfast DJ Amanda reportedly took her concerns to ITV boss Kevin Lygo, with a former daytime TV executive revealing that "Phillip actively campaigned for Rochelle Humes to get the job despite Amanda being more experienced".
This was despite it being alleged that Amanda had been told in private that "she'd got the gig".
Since then Amanda has said she offered an "olive branch" to Phil asking him for coffee but got not response.
