'RHOC': Kelly Dodd Reveals Shocking End to Vicki Gunvalson Feud

Kelly Dodd and Vicki Gunvalson have been feuding throughout season 14 of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Viewers who caught this week’s episode saw the disagreements between the two housewives reach a new level a nastiness. Dodd called Gunvalson a pig once again and things blew over. After all the degrading remarks, it’s a shock at how this relationship has ended.

Dodd and Gunvalson became fast friends when the former joined in season 11. The insurance maven was on the outs with the rest of the RHOC cast and welcomed Dodd to her inner circle quickly. Things took a toll when Dodd split up from her husband, who Gunvalson remained friends with after. They even went on double dates with Dodd’s new girlfriend.

Gunvalson made the mistake of not giving Dodd a heads up this was going on breaking girl code completely. Ever since that incident, their friendship took a tumble and it escalated to a point of no return.

Fans of the show are divided and there are some that want them to rekindle their friendship. Good news for this base as Dodd just revealed that during the season 14 reunion, the ladies patched things up.

“We did, yeah,” Dodd told ET about making up with Gunvalson. “I mean, I wish the best for Vicki. I don’t want to hold onto grudges with her, but I wish Vicki the best, I really do.”

The girls are in good terms once again as the reunion provided a positive resolution.

The ‘RHOC’ reunion has more drama

As RHOC comes to a close for the year, a reunion of the ladies discussing everything that happened during season 14 already took place. Reports of what happened during the filming have already surfaced and Gunvalson is at the center of the drama.

Fans of the reality series are aware that Gunvalson took a step down from her full-time role to become a “friend of” the show. That means that she was not featured in the show’s intro and she would only be featured in a segment of the reunion. Gunvalson may have believed otherwise and all hell broke loose.

“I was very, very sad, very emotional and very sad,” Gunvalson told OK! Magazine. “I was told I was going to stay the whole reunion and you’ll see what happens. It was not good.”

As the OG of the OC and the Housewives franchises, Gunvalson felt that she was being mistreated by production.

“I felt very disrespected and I don’t deserve that,” she added. “I give Bravo my life, all of my life, and I don’t fake my reality. My reality is crazy. On other casts, women have created storylines. I don’t create that. My life is my life, either you want it or you don’t.”

Gunvalson also said that she was lied to about her role during the reunion and let Andy Cohen know her thoughts.

“I did not get into it with Andy… told him what I felt, as well as I told everyone involved what I felt,” she explained. “I thought that I should have been notified ahead of time. They lied to me, basically. They lied to me.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County will air its season finale on December 17 and the first reunion episode will air the next day on Bravo.
