On the Jan 2nd episode of Sister Wives, Kody Brown insists that his second wife, Janelle Brown, kick out their older sons, Garrison Brown and Gabriel Brown. Despite his father pushing him out of the house, Garrison could save up for his dream house after all. Garrison has saved up and bought a home in Flagstaff, Arizona, near the rest of the family.
On ‘Sister Wives,’ Kody demands that Janelle evict Garrison
During the fall of 2020, when Sister Wives Season 16 was filmed, Janelle and Kody go over the coronavirus (COVID-19) rules again, with the only solution being that Janelle kicks out her older boys.
Kody is insistent that the older boys need to move out if they can’t follow the strict coronavirus rules. When Janelle tells Kody that she doesn’t feel comfortable kicking out their sons. He says, “They’re adults. Bye-bye.”
Kody tells Janelle, “I’m gonna have Gabriel and Garrison move out of the house. You’ve got a good car. You go get a job. Here’s some cash. Bye.” Janelle says, “This is a different day and age. You don’t just kick your kids out of the house at 18 and say, hope you do good, I’m done. I’m tired.”
Garrison saved up for a house
Janelle tells him, “Garrison is very close to being able to save his down payment. If I can give him three more months at home. And he’s not really that social anyway.
She tells the cameras, “Garrison is really the reason that Kody is staying away right now. And Garrison has actually been home for the last six or eight months, saving his money like crazy because he wants to buy a house.” She says, “I’m not gonna kick him out this close to that goal.”
Now, in 2022, 23-year-old Garrison has finally saved up for the down payment on the house two years later. Records obtained by The Sun indicate that Janelle and Kody’s son has taken out a $336,000 loan to purchase his new Flagstaff, Arizona home.

The 1,441 square foot two-story home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is spacious with plenty of natural light. The home also has brand new wood flooring throughout the home. Also, the home includes a fireplace on the ground floor for the cold winter months.
Also, there is a small fenced-in courtyard and a backyard on the property. The home is in Flagstaff and about a twenty-minute drive from his father’s $890,000 home.
