EastEnders’ return is almost upon us, and a brand new trailer has previewed all what viewers can look forward to.
The soap returns to screens on September 7, and Chantelle Atkins (Jessica Plummer) will decide enough is enough reading Gray’s (Toby-Alexander Smith).
Upon the serial drama’s return, she seeks out the best divorce lawyer going, but soon discovers that the process is more expensive that she initially thought.
Meanwhile, Gray controls Chantelle’s every move, as he installs a tracking app on her phone, before acquiring her credit card.
Chantelle decides to take a huge risk, as she asks Kheerat (Jaz Deol) if he could lend her the money she needs, but she’s unaware that he’s struggling financially.
As the trailer previews, Gray continues to make Chantelle’s life a living hell, but will she succeed in escaping?
Elsewhere, Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) discovers that Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) is responsible for Dennis Rickman’s (Bleu Landau) demise, as a fed up Dotty Cotton (Milly Zero) refuses to keep shtum any longer.
But will she believe that he’s capable of such a thing?
EastEnders returns Monday September 7 at 8.05pm on BBC One.
