STACEY Solomon has admitted that she feels 'absolutely f***ed' a month after giving birth.
The Loose Women star and husband Joe Swash, 41, welcomed her daughter Belle into the world in February.
Stacey has loved sharing how her life is now that she has become a family of seven.
The TV favourite took to her Instagram story to reassure her fans that all the new mums in the world are not alone.
She shared a message from one of her followers which said: "My little princess is six weeks today and I am soaking it up as it's going too fast, you seem to always have your s*** together even doing it alone how?"
Speaking to her 5.6m followers, Stacey said: "Public service announcement for anyone who has ever felt like 'oh my gosh, it looks like they've got their s*** together and I really haven't'.

"Please don't feel like that. You're doing an incredible job.
"I know it looks like I've just gone straight back to normal as if I never gave birth, it feels like that if I'm honest, but it's only because of the whole sleep when she sleeps, make sure you take time to rest and recover, don't do anything too quickly, goes all out the window when you've got a one-year-old!
"So I just want you to know, don't underestimate the fact that it's incredible this age gap, three, one and zero, I'm so grateful to have three young babies that can grow up together.
"I can assure you, 100 per cent of the time I feel absolutely f***ed. You're not alone. "

Stacey shares baby Belle, one-year-old Rex and Rex, three, with Joe, who she tied the knot with last year.
She is also mum to Leighton, 10, and Zachary, 14, who are from previous relationships.
Stacey is also "gutted" that the second series of Sort Your Life Out has ended after hitting our screens in January.
Sort Your Life Out follows Stacey as she attempts to help families declutter and organise their messy homes.
Last night the final instalment of the series aired on our screens.
Stacey took to Instagram to share a message with her fans after the show.
Posting a snap of baby Belle lying on her chest before heading to sleep, Stacey said: "Good night everyone…
"Thank you for your lovely @sortyourlifeout messages!
"I'm gutted it was the last one too but we will be back soon love you all."
