Former Strictly Come Dancing star Amanda Abbington has given a three-word message of support to one of her co-stars.
Amanda dramatically quit the hit BBC dancing competition last week due to "medical reasons". Amanda had been given a pass for the previous week but opted to leave the show ahead of the live show last Saturday (October 21).
Soon after leaving the show, Amanda kept quiet on social media platforms, as her Strictly family paid tribute to her. Several professional dancers including Jowita Przystal and Gorka Márquez offered their best wishes for the Sherlock star, 49, as they gushed: "We will miss you!"

Abbington was partnered with Italian stallion Giovanni Pernice, who was left shocked at her departure at the show. He paid tribute to his dance partner soon after the news went public, offering his best wishes to her on his Instagram. She has yet to like or comment on the post.
She has since broken her silence on social media, paying tribute to the multitude of production staff and those who made the show. She also paid tribute to the judges for their time during her stint on the programme.
Despite walking from the programme, Amanda has kept up with the goings on, watching and tweeting along with the viewing public. During the latest show for Halloween on Saturday (October 28), Amanda gave her thoughts on co-star Adam Thomas' routine, saying he "nailed it".
As well as the former Emmerdale star, Amanda gave praise to Annabel Croft's routine. In another post, she wrote, deeming it "beautiful – just beautiful".
Since leaving the show, Amanda was spotted on a snap uploaded by good pal and actor Simon Pegg. In a cute pic of the pair, Simon and Amanda were cosied up to each other with smiles from ear to ear, as Simon captioned the post: "Friends for 25 years. Love you."
Quick to respond to the post, Amanda took to the comments section to gush over her mate: "I love you too dear friend. Thank you for the most wonderful 25 years." She has also been sharing new snaps with her loyal fans in the wake of her time on the show.
In one snap she uploaded, she joked about her fiancé and her best canine friend. She wrote in the caption: "Find someone who looks at you the way Maple looks at Jonathan."
Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman both paid tribute to Amanda at the beginning of the show on Saturday. Claudia gave the actress bet wishes on behalf of the show, saying: "We are sending you all our love."
