Once again the Glitterball Trophy is up for grabs – and with one of the most stellar line-ups to date, this season’s Strictly Come Dancing has star power written all over it.

But which of the sparkling celebrities will waltz off with the title?

We caught up with TikTok and television star Tilly Ramsay who revealed that dad Gordon Ramsay wouldn't be following in her footsteps anytime soon as the chef has "two left feet."

During our chat, Tilly also revealed that she's looking forward to ditching her comfies in favour of some glamorous garb and can't wait to "embrace the sequins."

Hi Tilly. How would you rate your dancing skills?
Very, very low! A two out of 10, to be honest.

Have your TikTok dances helped you to prepare for this?
TikTok’s a very different style of dancing. Maybe it’s helped me prepare in terms of learning a routine, but they’re only short clips and they’re not live, so you can do them as many times as you need to.

What are you looking for in a dance partner?
Someone who’s happy to have fun, as well as teach and learn. But I think all the professionals will be great, so I’m happy to be with anyone.

How do you think you’ll cope with the judges’ comments?
I think I’ll deal with criticism pretty well. I do live with one of the harshest critics – my dad. So I’m pretty used to that kind of stuff.

What does your dad, Gordon, make of it all?
Dad’s so excited about me taking part. He’s always wanted to learn how to dance, but he’s just not very good.

He’s definitely got two left feet. If I do try to teach him, I get slightly impatient as it takes a very long time.

Are you looking forward to the amazing costumes?
I’m really excited. It’s going to be a big change. I don’t usually dress up in glitter and sparkles – I’m generally in tracksuits and a hoodie – so I’m definitely going to embrace the sequins.

We hear you have a bit of a love-hate relationship with high heels…
It’s more of a hate-hate relationship! I’ve worn them once in my life – to my birthday party – and they were off within five minutes. I’ve never really put them back on again until recently.

I’ve been trying to walk around the house in some heels to get used to them. But after a couple of minutes, my feet start hurting and my slippers come right back on again.
