The Chase icon Bradley Walsh has reported had a shock career change after the star has left a tv role due to a "relentless" schedule.
Bradley, 59, is allegedly set to start a brand new role in the ITV remake of The Darling Buds of May as Pop Larkin.
He's been offered the role of happy-go-lucky junk dealer Pop in ITV’s new version of H.E. Bates’ classic tale, The Mirror reports.
An insider told the publication: "The original series, starring David Jason, Pam Ferris and Catherine Zeta Jones, was an enormous hit so casting the remake has to be just right. Everyone thinks Bradley will do a brilliant job as Pop. He’s perfick."
This new role comes after the beloved host made the decision to quit his acting job on BBC's Doctor Who.
