Season 17 of The Voice is slowly approaching its conclusion, as some fan-favorites face elimination. Though there are currently eight contestants left on the talent competition, it seems that five, in particular, holds a special place in fans’ hearts when browsing through an online discussion concerning favorite contestants.

5. Will Breman
In the online discussion concerning fan-favorite contestants, Will does not get the most attention, but he does have his devout followers. He may not receive the most hype, but most viewers agree that he’s got a good shot at making it to the end. Fan stated:
Will freakin Breman. That man is an angel!
My favorite person is Will. I think Jake has the best voice tho. I’d be happy if either of them won.
4. Jake Hoot
Jake Hoot is one of two contestants left on Kelly Clarkson’s team, three if you split Hello Sunday down to its individual artists. One fan who enjoys Hoot’s vocal stylings explained that the contestant reminds him of Dexter Roberts — a singer from Alabama, and a finalist on the 13th season of American Idol. When revealing his favorite contestant, the fan stated:
Jake Hoot. Reminds me of Dexter Roberts. Would like to hear him sing Believe by Brooks and Dunn or Like a Cowboy by Randy Houser or Creep by Radioactive!
Other fans chimed in to note that Hoot is one of the few contestants who seems capable of launching a successful career in music following the show, which, as viewers have come to learn, is far from easy!
3. Ricky Duran
Ricky Duran is on Blake Shelton’s team, and he received a great deal of attention from multiple fans involved in the Reddit discussion. Fans argued that Ricky Duran is the best and is sure to win, stating:

Ricky and Jake are the only two I think that have a chance of success beyond the show IMO
2 and 1. Rose Short and Katie Kadan
In the online discussion surrounding favorite contestants, these two named pop up together so frequently that distinguishing which one has a better shot at making it to the end is almost impossible. However, if those chiming on Reddit to announce their opinions are any indication of the show’s future, one of these contestants is most likely to take the gold. Fans stated:
Of the remaining artists, I love Rose and Katie the best. They are both powerhouse performers, massively talented, and have compelling stories.
Rose and Katie, followed by Will.
Rose & Katie are by far the most talented, but Kat & Will are the ones I’d most likely listen to outside of the show.
