Gemma Collins floored fans of The Weakest Link Christmas Special when she answered an "easy" question wrong.

The Only Way Is Essex star, 40, appeared on the programme alongside national treasure Christopher Biggins and presenter Kym Marsh.

Host Romesh Ranganathan, 43, asked the Diva Forever bombshell: "How many beds would you find in a twin room?"

The reality star responded: "One."

Immediately, fans took to their keyboards to laugh about Gemma's answer.

One online user penned: "And that my friends, sums up the United Kingdom in 10 seconds," adding the hashtag "disaster".

Another wrote: "Taxi for Colins."

While a third commented: "Wow GC… how the other half live… suites or penthouses only."

Gemma was voted out by her team mates in the second round – meaning her charity did not receive any funds this time.

Meanwhile, it was obvious that the BBC programme had been pre-recorded as the GC debuted brand new hair only yesterday.

Sending the internet into a spin, the ITV star's Essex hairdresser Edward Taylor took to Instagram to share the results with his own followers.

The reality queen also took to her own story to share a swift before picture of her lengthy tresses prior to undergoing a dramatic chop.

In the snap, the GC seemed to be pleased with the results as she smiled for the camera.

The post was met with lots of praise from the salon owner's own following – with many sending love heart emojis to show their support.

Earlier in the week, the TV star sent the internet into a spin after she showed off her incredible weight loss while taking to the ice.

Looking slimmer than ever, she rocked a skinny pair of jeans that was teamed with a black silk top that boasted larger than life frills.
