This Morning viewers in stitches as Holly Willoughby points out Josie Gibson's ripped crotch on her Ghostbusters outfit

JOSIE Gibson was left red-faced this morning as Holly Willoughby pointed out she had ripped her crotch on her Ghostbusters outfit.

This Morning viewers were in stitches over the awkward exchange as Josie admitted the "tight" outfit had split.

The former Big Brother star was live in Somerset dressed to go ghost hunting when Holly asked her to own up to the embarrassing incident.

Holly said: "I'm just going to ask you this from an outfit point of view.. you've got an outfit split there… did that happen because of some overzealous ghost-busting maybe?"

Josie covered her crotch area with her This Morning card notes as she replied: "Well, what happened was, is that I was filling up the car at the petrol station and I had a little accident. It was a bit tight."

Trying to swiftly move on, Josie added: "We're not going to concentrate on my split today, we're going to concentrate on this ghost hunting because we're going to focus on finding these ghouls."

Stunned Phillip Schofield said: "Wait, hang on. You filled up the car dressed like that?"

But instead of replying, Josie just stared smiling into the camera.

"This is the most bizarre to the show," giggled Phil.

Josie had earlier thrusted her hips as she shouted: "If you've got it, haunt it."

One viewer said: "Josie Gibson splitting out of her Ghostbusters outfit is all I need to see today."

Another added: "I don't want to be seeing Josie's knickers thanks Holly."

Someone else said: "Honest to god Josie Gibson is a bloody national treasure, in tears watching her.

"This is all a bit car crash tv with Josie," a viewer added.
