Tiger King's Carole Baskin 'offered big money deal' for I'm A Celebrity stint

Get ready, all you cool cats and kittens, Carole Baskin could be heading on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here.

The animal activist became a household name thanks to her appearance on Tiger King, with the Netflix documentary exploring her bitter feud with zoo owner Joe Exotic.

It has now been reported that she could be swapping her Big Cat Rescue facility for the Australian jungle.

And to say we’re ready is definitely an understatement.

An insider has claimed that ITV bosses have reached out to Carole with a ‘big money’ offer to appear on the show, fronted by Ant and Dec.

‘Jungle producers have made a formal approach and hope she will do it,’ a source reportedly told the Sun.

While ITV told the publication: ’All names at this stage are speculation.’

We wonder what Joe Exotic makes of the news…

The extravagant GW Zoo owner is currently serving a 22-year jail sentence over a string of animal abuse charges, as well as conspiring to murder his rival.

He has been urging President Donald Trump to give him a pardon over the term, however former producer Rick Kirkham has warned against this.

Chatting to the Sun, he suggested Joe will be ‘out to get revenge’ if he was to leave prison.

‘Anyone who would support Joe being let go and out of jail has no idea that this was a man who will hold the revenge,’ he added.

‘He will get revenge and he’s not going to come out a better man or a whole person.

‘This is a guy that holds a grudge and he will get his revenge.’

We know who will be voting Carole up for all those bushtucker trials…

Metro.co.uk has contacted reps for ITV and Carole Baskin for a comment.
