Tipping Point viewers were left distracted from the game when they were convinced they had seen one of the contestants on their screens before.
Eagle-eyed fans of the show took to Twitter to confirm their suspicions as host Ben Shephard introduced his latest round of hopefuls on Tuesday's (February 8) show.
As Ben chatted to the contestants one in particular caught the eye of viewers who were sure they recognised him from a previous television appearance.
The B&B owner appeared to be familiar from more than just one place as well, with fans of the ITV quiz show rushing to discuss him on the social media platform.
One keen fan wrote: "What programme has James been on before? #tippingpoint."
A second added: "James looks familiar, he was on Four in a Bed! #tippingpoint."
A third tweeted: "That guy James on #tippingpoint has been on Four in a Bed and I'm sure he's been on Coach Trip too."
A fourth noted: "This James has been on loads! Coach Trip and Four In A Bed. Loves 5 minutes of fame #tippingpoint."
A fifth viewer observed: "Just finished watching the series of coach trip on Netflix that James that is on today's #tippingpoint was on."
Another intrigued social media user asked: "Have I seen James on Coach Trip? #tippingpoint."
As one more queried: "Has James been on four in a bed, or come dine with me before? I recognise him #tippingpoint."
It turned out that all of them were right as James has previously starred on both Coach Trip and Four In A Bed.
His Coach Trip appearance alongside his partner Darren was in fact iconic as they made history as the show's first gay couple.
They starred on the Channel 4 reality series back in 2014.
The pair now regularly share updates on their life together on social media – including frequent trips to popular restaurant Nandos.
The married couple then took another stab at appearing on a reality show by appearing on Four In The Bed in 2015 with their New Forest based Bed and Breakfast, The Burley Inn.
