Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Squeeze Out a Lump the Size of an Eyeball from a Patient's Head

How ya doing, popahoplics? I know it’s been a while since you’ve been blessed with the pimple-popping content you truly deserve, but thankfully, it’s a brand-new week with some brand-new pops ahead of us. If you fell off the handle this past weekend, you might have missed that Dr. Pimple Popper, America’s favorite cyst whisperer, managed to find a pilar cyst in a very unlikely spot. The foot? (No.) The chest? (Nope, nope.) This time, Dr. Pimple Popper is going head to head with a zit…literally on top of a patient’s head. (Uh, sorry.)

Dr. Sandra Lee posted a video to her Instagram of her low-key wrestling with the cyst, and cuts straight to your favorite part—the popping. After making an incision a few millimeters long, she begins the squeezing. It might be because of the location of this sucker, but this stubborn cyst is notttt having it, y’all. Dr. Lee has to widen the incision with her trusty surgical scissors and tries it a second time, squeezing not once, not twice, but five times—yes, FIVE (5) times—before the nugget comes out.

I’ve never thought of a pimple pop as comical before, but this one is truly something. Once the bugger comes out of the patient’s scalp, it quite literally pops and JUMPS into the air. (You can’t make this up, I S2G.) The ball-sized cyst, according to the avid viewers in the comments section, looks like:

and more, if you can believe. I’ll let you judge for yourself, though:
