There are five chefs who are vying for the MasterChef: The Professionals crown.
Andrew Durham
Andrew is a 33-year-old chef originally from Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire.
He'S currently based at HMS Raleigh in Cornwall where he works as the head chef on board.
Exose Grant Lopo-Ndinga
Exose works at the James Martin Manchester as their chef de parti.
He joined the restaurant straight from college in 2015.

Yann Florio
Yann began his training at the age of 14 and was working in Luxembourg's Michelin-starred La Pomme Canelle by 18.
He was appointed head pastry chef at Corrigans in Mayfair, when he was just 23.

Stu Deeley
Stu studied his trade at Halesowen College between 2007 to 2010.
He is currently head chef at The Wilderness in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.

Olivia Burt
Olivia completed a selection of culinary courses after she left school at 18 and then went to Ballymaloe Cookery School in Cork.
From there she went to Le Cordon Bleu in London before moving to Paris, then back to England to work at Claridge's.

What is the MasterChef: The Professionals prize?
The winner of the show gets to be awarded the prestigious title and a snazzy trophy for their troubles.
Plus they get to boast about the fact they were most impressive in the eyes of the esteemed judges.
But there is no cash prize, just the honour of winning the show.
Who won MasterChef: The Professionals in 2018?
Laurence Henry was crowned winner of MasterChef: The Professionals in 2018 after wowing the judges with his three-course meal.
The Nottingham-based chef’s main – loin and belly of suckling pig with a kimchi glaze and braised fermented hispi cabbage hearts, Nashi pear puree and sliced pears – was the difference in the end, prompting major praise from judge Marcus Wareing.
“Every now and again in a competition we all eat a dish that we will never forget,” he said. “That is absolutely outstanding."
When is the Masterchef: the Professionals final?
The three finalists – who will be whittled down next week on December 17 and 18 – will face one last challenge on December 19, 2019 in the big grand final at 8pm on BBC Two.
They are given three hours to cook a starter, a main course and a dessert.
Each of these dishes must showcase their culinary abilities to a whole new level, with flawless presentation and exciting flavours.
