X FACTOR'S Lucy Spraggan has showcased her washboard abs in a topless photo as she celebrates her sobriety.
The 28-year-old singer took to Instagram on Saturday to share a racy snap of her with just an orange towel around her waist and another around her wet hair.
Covering her breasts with one hand, Lucy snapped a selfie in the mirror with the other, revealing her incredible abs.
Beaming for the photo, she captioned it: "Woke up this morning 8 months sober as f**k.
"My favourite reward for this part of my life is the absolute pleasure of finding fitness and pushing my body to do things I never imagined I could do. (Well, things drinking me could never do).
"Today I ran 12.2km and on my way back up my road I decided to start training for a marathon for when the world is back in action again. Because WHY THE F**K NOT!?
"Not having the choice to do whatever we want has made me reconsider everything… When I can I’m literally gonna climb mountains, I’m gonna do the things that scare the s**t out of me, I’m going to party way into the night on the beach with my friends… I’m gonna do it all so hard, I’m gonna do it whenever I can and, most importantly, I’m gonna do it all so sober."
She continued: "I just got out of the shower (Budweiser prohibition was my shower beer of choice), I’d love to say I don’t wear my towel like this all the time but I really do. T**s everywhere. Have a great evening."
Lucy's fans were full of praise for her body transformation, with one commenting: "Body goals!"
Another added: "Geepers Lucy you're absolutely killing it!"
Lucy revealed she had split from her wife Georgina Gordon after six years together back in November.
The couple had been married for three years and had fostered 12 children together before deciding to go their separate ways.
Lucy said in a statement at the time: "We have shared the most amazing times and life together, and we are truly grateful for knowing love at its full capacity.
“We will continue on our paths as ultimate friends, and dog Mums, united by the bond and memories we will always have."
