Amy Roloff: Pushed Off Her Own Farm by Caryn Chandler?

Amy Roloff is trying really hard to remain on the high road.

Like, REALLY, REALLY  hard.

But she may have just let something slip on Instagram.

Over the past few days, the veteral Little People, Big World star has shared several photos online of pumpkin season at Roloff Farms.

This is the property’s busiest and most profitable time of the year, with the entire family coming together for a rare photo to celebrate its opening last week.

Amy, of course, started this tradition many years ago alongside ex-husband Matt, back when the two were still married and on great terms.

They divorced back in early 2016 and still work together in front of the camera on their aforementioned TLC reality show — but not nearly as much as they once did on the farm itself.

And it sounds like Caryn Chandler may be  to blame for this change.

Caryn, of course, has been dating Matt for almost as long as he’s been divorced.

Earlier this summer, in excerpts from her memoir, Amy made it clear she believes Matt actually cheated on her with Chandler.

If not physically, then at the very least emotionally.

“We had someone that worked for us for a very long time, on our farm,” Amy wrote in the book of Caryn.

“And I believe – this is all from my perspective — that there was more than just friends going on. And I think that evolved to a point where that got in the way of our marriage as well.”

Chandler worked as a manager on Roloff Farms prior to getting into a relationship with the co-owner of this property.

Whatever happened back then is mostly behind Amy and Matt, but consider what the former wrote on her Instagram page over the weekend.

“Even though I wasn’t really a part of Pumpkin season this year (various reasons), I truly missed meeting so many of you and dressing up Enjoy this amazing time of year – Fall.”

Pretty simple and perhaps even harmless on the surface, right?

But these are the two words that stood out the most to us: VARIOUS REASONS.

Yes, Amy has actually sold some of her land to Matt and is in the process of moving off the farm. So we’re sure that’s a reason.

However, this remark has struck some observers as a passive aggressive shot at Chandler, who seems more prominently involved in pumpkin season than ever before.

This, for example, is what Matt wrote over this same weekend as a caption to a photo of himself and his girlfriend:

Look who came out and helped at the pumpkin patch today. @rolofffarms @carynchandler1 We over heard one little boy tell his mom on the way out “mom. That was the best day of my life”.

Now that made us smile! #funfun #lovelove

Again, for the most part, Amy and Matt have handled their split in mature and amicable fashion.

But it makes sense for the occasional bitter comment to seep through.

Amy, meanwhile, has something far bigger and more bittersweet to focus on right now than any petty feud with her ex: the death of her mother.

Patricia Roloff on September 24 at the age of 86.

This is what Amy just wrote about the tragedy:

I’m torn with my emotions.

I miss her so much and at the same time happy she’s not in pain anymore and with the Lord. I’ll miss Chris while I’m gone but so glad he’ll be coming out to be with me for the service and My kids too.

It’s a kind of mixed emotions for my heart kind of day. I’m sad and yet I know I’m blessed in many ways and I’m so thankful for life and moments. Remember to be kind and let others know you love them every day.

Life is but a moment and let’s collect as many as we can while doing our best to live life.
