Just over a week after giving birth to her beautiful newborn son Jude, reality star Charlotte Dawson has given her fans a very real insight into life as a mother of two.

Charlotte, 33, went into labour in the middle of the night, with doting fiancé Matt Sarsfield sharing more details of the birth on his Instagram story, welcoming their beautiful son at 2:13 am.

But in the days since adding a new addition to their brood, both Celebs Go Dating star Charlotte and professional rugby league footballer Matt have been brutally honest about the difficulties that come with a newborn baby.

And today, Charlotte took to Instagram to tell her 1.3 million followers about her struggles with breastfeeding, sharing a "natural" snap of baby Jude feeding whilst their two year old son Noah attempts to shove his hand in his mum's mouth.

"I just love this natural pic my friend captured yesterday [laughing emoji]," she captioned the rib-tickling photo. "Me with both my boys [love-heart emoji]. This is life right now.

"As it's breastfeeding week I'm loving my journey this time around with Jude, even tho I forgot how bloody toe curling the first week is, nipples are cracked but I'm keeping going."

Charlotte continued: "I did 8 months with Noah… but not putting pressure on myself.

"But like I've said a fed baby is a happy baby whatever we choose to do."

And hoards of Charlotte's online fans were quick to take to the comment section of the brutally honest snap, heaping praise onto the TV star for the candid nature to parenting.

"I love how u do not put filters on or angles. You are so natural and fill me with confidence around my own body, you are a breath of fresh air," one fan gushed.

Another advised her: "You've got this mumma! Plenty of lanisoh on those nips before and after feeds and work on latch and positioning is most important thing".

A third added: "Lovely pic. Glad u are saying a fed baby is a fed baby no matter what us mums choose to do".

Charlotte received further praise last week after sharing the adorable "real" moment her two sons met face to face for the first time.

The mum originally introduced her two little boys via FaceTime just hours after Jude was born, but Noah later met his little brother in person, with the brunette beauty taking to Instagram to share the sweet encounter.

Accompanying an image of her son holding his new baby brother, an “emotional” Charlotte penned: “When Noah met jude his best friend forever his little brother [blue heart emoji] I have so much to share with you my darlings.. but this picture got me.

“My precious boys the smiles on [their] faces, I just can’t believe it. I’m an emotional wreck, I’ve felt every kind of feeling tonight.. don’t want our baby bubble to ever pop right now so blessed @matt_sarsfield @noahdawsonsarsfield [family emoji] I wanted them [in] matching outfits [crying laughing emoji] but this is real.. don’t ask why he’s in a Blackpool footy top".

Fans and friends alike again flocked to the comments, with many praising the star for the authenticity of the adorable photo.

One said: "I love fact they aren't matching, I love that it's real and that's what we all love about you, real life every time".

Another said: "So adorable [three heart emojis] Noah will be the best big brother. Enjoy the newborn bubble hun xxxx", while a third commented: "Oh gosh, how beautiful and special. Noah’s face".
