Professional dancer Dianne Buswell has revealed that she’s “completely opposite” to her partner Joe Sugg, as she is the most competitive person in the relationship. Joe and Dianne met in 2018 while taking part on the sixteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing.

Dianne gave the inside scoop on her life with her YouTuber boyfriend in a new interview.

The Australian dancer revealed that her and beau Joe are “completely opposite” to each other because of their competitive sides, which often comes out when they are working out.

Dianne started by explaining her favourite ways to keep fit.

She revealed in a behind the scenes video of her shoot with Superdrug’s DARE magazine: “I like to keep fit from doing loads of different types of exercises.

“One of my favourite types is yoga and pilates, I genuinely love doing it.”

Soon enough, the red-haired dance pro revealed the secret behind her and Joe’s long-lasting relationship on the eighth episode of Superdrug TV.

She admitted: “Joe and I do a few little workouts together.

“I have to say I’m definitely the most competitive, 100 per cent, that’s my dancing background coming out of me.”

However, Dianne confessed that her partner doesn’t share the same personality trait.

“Joe is the least competitive person I’ve ever known, he still gives everything a really good go though.”

Dianne and Joe danced together in 2018’s series of Strictly, which saw them land second place in the final.

They lost out to Stacey Dooley and her dance partner Kevin Clifton, who also went on to find love together.

Dianne continued: “But if he [Joe] doesn’t win something, he’s like ‘there’s always next time’, whereas I’m completely opposite – ‘There is no next time, it’s now or never’!”

She went on to reveal that her and Joe tend to workout together because they can’t bear to spend time away from each other.

“We enjoy being around each other, so if I’m working out he kind of feels like he’s missing out, so he’ll come and work out with me and vice versa.”

She explained: “It’s mainly because we love each other’s company that we try and do as much as we can together”.

Just days ago the show’s favourite couple sparked a frenzy when they took to Instagram to share exciting news with their fans.

Dianne and Joe revealed that they have bought a house together, along with a series of endearing pictures showing off their new home.

The couple’s fellow Strictly stars headed to the comments section of the post to congratulate the couple.

Host Tess Daly wrote: “SO HAPPY FOR YOU,” followed by several heart-eyed emojis.
