Neymar da Dilva Santos Junior is going to become a dad again.
The Brazilian professional footballer, 31, and his girlfriend Bruna Biancardi, 28, shared their baby joy on social media with a series of snaps of Bruna showcasing her blossoming bump.
In the first snap, Paris Saint Germain star Neymar stood behind his girlfriend as the pair made a heart shape on Bruna’s tummy and shared a kiss.
Another photo showed the parents-to-be laughing as they lay on the sofa while Neymar rested his hand on Bruna’s bump.
Others showed the pair looking very much in love and evidently elated at the news of their pending arrival.
The footballing star is already a dad to 12 year old son Davi Lucca, who he shares with ex girlfriend Carolina Dantas.
Next to the photos, Neymar and Bruna, who is a marketing manager and social media influencer, confirmed their baby boy in a lengthy post.
Translated from Portuguese, it read: “We dream of your life, we plan your arrival and know that you are here to complete our love, leave our days much happier.
“You're going to join a beautiful family, with a brother, grandparents, uncles and aunts who already love you very much!
“Come soon child, we are waiting for you!
'’Before I formed you in the womb I chose you; before you were born I set you apart’ – Jeremiah 1:5.”
In the midst of their announcement, fans have also speculated that the couple are set to wed after Bruna was seen sporting a large rock on her wedding finger in the new loved-up photos shared to Bruna’s 3.8 million followers.
Neymar and Bruna’s friends and fans have since shared their congratulations to the pair in light of their pregnancy news.
“Congratulations Bruna and Neymar, you will be very happy, you only do good, you will only reap LOVE. Big kiss,” wrote one person.
“May God bless you abundantly,” said another.
“Big congrats Bru! You will love this phase so beautiful,” penned a third.
The parents-to-be are thought to have started dating in 2021, but kept their romance private until going Instagram official in January 2022.
They went on to break up in August 2022, but rekindled their romance shortly after.
In the run up to sharing their baby joy, Bruna penned a gushing tribute to her beau on his 31st birthday in February.
Part of the heartfelt post read: “May God continue to shield our relationship. I love youuuuuu! Always count on me”.
