Fans are over the moon to see the progress James Argent has made in recent months with his weight loss, as they said the former TOWIE favourite looks "incredible" and undeniably like his happy self again.
The 33 year old shed weight by undergoing gastric sleeve surgery back in April this year, after he weighed a staggering 27 stone during lockdown.
James – nicknamed Arg – was inundated with comments as he was seen dancing with his friend and Gogglebox star Tom Malone Jr in a new TikTok video, where the stars showed off their moves on camera.
One of Arg's fans wrote underneath: "Arg is looking great! Delighted for him."
Another was overjoyed by the video as they added: "Arg is back! Slim Jim."
"The collaboration I never knew I needed," one said to both Tom and Arg," while a fourth shared: "Arg, you look amazing. You look so happy here. Fabulous the both of you."
A fifth said: "Well done, Arg. Incredible stuff," before one of his followers remarked: "James Argent is looking so good. I bet Gemma [Collins] is eating her words now."
His celebrity pals also came in with words of support, with Vicky Pattison gushing: "ARG!!!!! Look at how skinny you are man?!!"
Made In Chelsea's Toff then wrote: "Looking so hot Arg! Miss u xxxxxxxxxxx."
It comes after Arg – who dated 40-year-old Gemma on and off for eight years – announced he proudly reached his goal weight of 15st 7lbs following his surgery.
Arg made the decision to undergo the operation after doctors told him he was "on death row" due to his binge eating during the pandemic.
The Essex star revealed he now follows the 20-20-20 rule, meaning he can only eat food the size of a 20-pence piece. He chews the food for 20 seconds and then waits for another 20 before taking another bite.

Meanwhile, Arg recently said he was "pleased" for his ex-girlfriend Gemma as she has moved on and has plans to start a family with her current boyfriend, Rami Hawash.
Arg told The Sun: "I’m very pleased that she started dating Rami again because I’m actually quite fond of him – he’s a nice guy."
The stars rekindled their romance briefly in October 2020, but they parted ways for good just a month later.
Arg has now admitted he regrets anything bad he said of Gemma, including branding the Diva Forever star a “hippo”.
"Anything negative I’ve said about anyone I deeply regret and I apologise for," he shared further.
“But that row was a long time ago and a lot of the time, when you say negative things about other people, you’re really saying it about yourself. It’s self-hatred.”
