The age-defying goddess, 50, flashed her incredible figure as she stunned in tight workout gear.

The 'On The Floor' hit-maker showcased her killer curves in a pair of dark red leggings which sat high above her slight waist.

J-Lo then added a white sports bra with a matching knotted tank top over the top which flaunted her toned tummy perfectly.

Adding the finishing touches to her outfit, Jennifer jazzed up the rather casual ensemble with a pair of oversized hoop earrings.

She wore her hair tied back from her face in a tight low bun which highlighted her stunning facial features perfectly.

The mother-of-two kept her makeup simple as she donned a classic nude lip and sported a bronzed and dewy look.

J-Lo's glamourous gym ensemble comes after the stunning 50-year-old shared her latest mirror selfie where she paraded her slender figure and enviable abs.

The actress left little to the imagination as she donned a rather skimpy white bikini, flaunting her perfectly toned abdominal muscles.


J-Lo posted the sexy snap to her  Instagram , telling followers she was "relaxed and recharged".

She looked fierce in the stunning photo, with her facial expression staring at the camera lens while she flexed in the mirror.

The brunette beauty proved she literally doesn't age in the eye-popping snap.

Jennifer's huge lavish garden can be seen in the background of her sultry bikini snap, but her followers couldn't take their eyes off her smouldering figure.

The fire snap came after J-Lo and Shakira's raunchy Super Bowl performance.

The star has been open about how she's managed to keep her sprightly figure into her 50th year.

Jen works out for as many days out of the week as she can, which is noticeable when you look at her stunning figure.

When she's on tour, that means that part of her nightly dance routines are also part and parcel of her exercise routine.

"I will work out and be in the best shape of my life," she promised herself, according to a recent workout post on Instagram.

As for when she deigns to bless the gym with her presence? She's a first thing in the morning type of woman.

"I don’t like doing it later; it’s harder to get there when I have my day going already," she told  Hollywood Life .

"I work out three or four times a week. When I’m in New York, I work out with David Kirsch — he’s an amazing trainer.

"When I’m in L.A., I work with Tracy Anderson. I like the balance that they both give me. They have two totally different approaches.

"I like switching it up with my body."

The talented star also makes sure to steer clear from alcohol and cigarettes.
