Kanye West has begged to reunite with ex-wife Kim Kardashian in a public post, following their Instagram spat.
Taking to Instagram, the Gold Digger rapper shared photos from the Keeping Up With The Kardashian star’s latest Vogue US shoot – showing the mom-of-four playing with their children.
In the snaps, she could be seen embracing eldest daughter North while puckering up for a kiss with Psalm, as Chicago and Saint got to grips with green toys.
Alongside the upload, the Grammy-winner – who is currently dating Julia Fox – pleaded: ‘GOD PLEASE BRING OUR FAMILY BACK TOGETHER.’
The Skims businesswoman filed for divorce from her former partner last February after six years of marriage.
She has since moved on from their relationship with Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson, who described her as his girlfriend in a recent chat.
Speaking to Vogue US about the breakdown of her marriage to Ye, she shed light on how her outlook changed over the last few years, as she learned to become her own cheerleader.
‘For so long, I did what made other people happy. And I think in the last two years I decided, I’m going to make myself happy. And that feels really good,’ she told the publication.
‘And even if that created changes and caused my divorce, I think it’s important to be honest with yourself about what really makes you happy. I’ve chosen myself. I think it’s okay to choose you.
‘My 40s are about being Team Me. I’m going to eat well. I’m going to work out. I’m going to have more fun, spend more time with my kids and the people who make me happy. I’m going to put my phone down. Unfollow if I don’t want to see something on Instagram. Khloe came up with the best phrase for that yesterday. She said, “Post and ghost”.’
She also spoke of her co-parenting efforts with Kanye and how she tries to lead a good example for their children.
‘You could be so hurt or angry at your ex, but I think in front of the kids, it always has to be “Your dad’s the best”,’ she added. ‘Make sure you are your co-parent’s biggest cheerleader, no matter what you’re personally going through.’
It comes after the estranged spouses’ split spilled out onto social media last week with Kanye criticising Kim’s decision to allow their daughter North, eight, to post on TikTok.
In a now-deleted Instagram post, the rapper said: ‘Since this is my first divorce I need to know what I should do about my daughter being put on TikTok against my will?’ while tagging his ex-wife in the post.
Kim then fired back in a lengthy statement, accusing Kanye of ‘constant attacks’.
The reality star wrote in part of the post: ‘Divorce is difficult enough on our children and Kanye’s obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly is only causing further pain for all.
‘From the beginning | have wanted nothing but a healthy and supportive co-parenting relationship because it is what is best for our children and it saddens me that Kanye continues to make it impossible every step of the way.’
Tensions later escalated when Kanye claimed Kim accused him of putting a hit out on her.
It’s believed that Kim has filed a request with a judge to reinstate her single status now that she is in a relationship with Pete but it is yet to be granted.
