Mrs Hinch, AKA Sophie Hinchcliffe, has explained that she had taken a social media break in order to “pull herself together.
The cleaning star, who frequently posts tips on tricks on how to keep a tidy home to her 3.4 million followers, has posted on her Instagram stories on Sunday 31 May after a short hiatus.
She had disappeared from Instagram on Thursday following a nostalgic post sharing images of herself from different stages of her life.

The cleaning influencer suddenly went quiet following a message she wrote saying she had been left "confused, disappointed and slightly hurt" by "fake people".
The famed author of Hinch Yourself Happy took to the social media platform to explain to her fans the reason for the absence.
She wrote: “Sorry I’ve been off my stories for the last few days guys. I won’t bore you with it but I really needed to pull myself together to get back feeling in a good place for my family.
“I’m sure we’ve all been knocked hard before and sometimes for some reason it feels harder to get back up doesn’t it”.
The 30 year old the continued on a more positive note, writing: “But all is okay here I promise, my boys are fine, sun is shining, I’ve done a few little things over the past few days that’s helped so I thought I would share them with you all.
“Your messages and posts have been unbelievably beautiful. . thank you x”.
She then showcased the activities that she has been doing in order to “pull herself together”.
The first was completing a “mind map for Ronnie’s first birthday”. She explained that “It really helps to get ideas in front of you and I’m so excited about being able to have a couple of family members in the garden to celebrate”.
Soph has also been preparing for Handsome’s birthday tomorrow, which is not her son or husband, but in fact her dog Henry. The blonde star has bought stuff for making a cake, and some presents for the adorable pooch.
Like many of us during lockdown Mrs Hinch has also been doing a bit of online shopping.

She shared a picture of a box from Poundland and explained: “I went online to @onlinepoundshop and treated myself to a good old Hinch Haul”.
Next, the star shared that she has been making a recipe book of what she has been feeding her baby son Ronnie. The pages of brown paper are covered in sweet pictures and notes.
Mrs Hinch captioned footage of the book, writing: “I also made a start on Rons weaning scrapbook. I made notes on each page of what he liked/disliked but also a tip for next time box. So gives me ideas on how I can do better for him”.

Additionally, Sophie revealed that she has been keeping the house very tidy, saying that: “I’ve kept the house Hinched, windows and blinds open as much as possible”.
Fresh air seems to be a big factor in Mrs Hinch getting herself back on the right track, for she also said she’d been on many “beautiful family walks”.
