The Memphis rapper, whose real name is Bryson Lashun Potts, previously defended himself after being dragged online due to the clip as he stated, ‘This is for entertainment purposes only.’
AceShowbiz –NLE Choppa has once again addressed his viral music video shoot for “$lut Me Out”. Having drawn backlash for walking Sukihana and Sexxy Red like dogs, the rapper admitted that he should haven’t done that.
The emcee talked about the controversy when appearing on “The Breakfast Club”. He recalled, “Sexxy Red, she got down and she was actually doing something else. She was performing to the camera, like, sitting up in the grass, and in the process, she got down, and she was like, ‘Grab my hair.’ “
Choppa took accountability though. He stated, “I’ma be honest though, everything is like a learning experience. I know how sensitive the world is… and I know the type of person I am. I do a lot of good.”
Choppa previously defended himself after being dragged online due to the clip. “This is for entertainment purposes only. The women was handled with respect the whole day ! An also everything that was done they insisted I was going with there flow and just having fun during the process,” he declared in an Instagram comment.
As for Sukihana, she also believed that there was nothing wrong with what they did. When Lil Mama commented on her appearance in the video, Sukihana fired back, “They said the girl ‘lil mama’ that sing that lip gloss song was in the comments speaking on me. If I was y’all I would tell her leave me tf alone.”
Catching wind of Sukihana’s tweet, Mama clarified, “Hey [Sukihana], I know we don’t know each other personally. I’m seeing you wrote a post addressing me and I never addressed you personally.” She added, “You could of been any Blacc woman in that video I posted a comment under. The way I feel still stands.”
“I feel like women these days will know BETTER and still play a role in setting us bacc centuries,” the femcee continued. “The only reason I deleted my comment was because I didn’t want to offend you and anyone else partaking in this disturbing clip.”
“I don’t know about You, but I don’t want our daughters to remember us like this,” she explained further. “Or feel this what they ‘Need To Do To Survive’ and if that’s the excuse anybody come up with in 2023. That’s CAP.”
