The Voice star Olly Murs, 36, has raged how it is “unbelievable” he was told he couldn’t share his X Factor audition from 2009 on his Instagram page today. The Troublemaker singer admitted he had been “banned” from sharing his video on social media because it is owned by ITV and would be breaching their copyright rules.

After Olly was told to delete the moment his success began on the ITV show, the singer discussed his thoughts on his Instagram story.
Speaking to his 3.3 million followers, Olly divulged: “I’ve just had to delete my audition on The X Factor ’cause apparently there’s a dispute between X Factor or something that I can’t use their content.
“Er, hello? It’s me in the f***ing video!,” he declared.
“Unbelievable. So I can’t post my audition that I did on X Factor because it’s been banned by them.

He concluded: “Hahaha, wow.”
Olly, who came runner up in the competition, went on to share the message he received which informed him his video had been blocked from being shared online.
He shared the message and wrote: “REALLY @xfactor?,” followed by a string of laughing emojis.
Meanwhile, a source from The X Factor told The Sun: “It has nothing to do with the digital team.
“Of course, if Olly got in touch with the show that’s something they’d help with.”
Express.co.uk have contacted an ITV representative for comment.
It comes after Olly spoke out about how he has no hard feelings with the programme which made him famous after he turned down an offer to judge the show with Simon Cowell.
The You Don’t Know Love star decided to continue judging the rival show alongside Jennifer Hudson, will.i.am and Sir Tom Jones.

When Olly was asked about the decision he had to make on Good Morning Britain, the ITV favourite revealed: “He did. Listen, I love Simon and I love X Factor, I’ve got nothing but love for the show.
“It wasn’t about money it was more about The Voice judges and the chemistry we had as a team.”
Olly went on to add: “If one of them wasn’t coming back it might have been a different decision, but I just love the show and the people on it.
“They gave me an amazing opportunity to be a coach and help other people,” he confirmed.

“I’m having a great time on it, it’s great fun.”
Olly is currently in a relationship with his girlfriend Amelia, and he recently spoke out about how he had been “waiting for the right girl”.
In an interview with The Sun, Olly explained: “She’s just a great person, full of love, she’s caring, sensitive, doesn’t suffocate me, lets me be me, loves the fact I’m cheeky and flirty and isn’t trying to change that.
“I love being around her. She’s one of my best mates and then she is my lover and girlfriend.”
