Princess Charlotte looks strikingly like her late grandmother Princess Diana in the latest photo shared of her.
The five year old daughter of Kate Middleton and Prince William is seen posing with her brothers Prince George and Prince Louis and her dad on a large rope swing in the snap, which was shared to mark Prince William’s 38th birthday at the weekend.
Charlotte has her hair pushed back from her face with two clips as the rest of her light brown locks tumble down her shoulders.
The little Princess is wearing a striped t-shirt underneath a set of denim short dungarees and a pair of pink canvas shoes.

The photo of Charlotte, who celebrated her fifth birthday in May, shows her looking just like a young version of her late grandmother Princess Diana, who was just 36 when she died in 1997, in one particular photo.
Diana, known then as Lady Diana Spencer, was just eight years old when the photo was taken in 1969.
In the image, the future Princess has an expression just like Charlotte’s as she looks at the camera and smiles.
The young Diana is standing with her arms behind her while wearing a bright red shift dress with a Peter Pan collar and buttons down the front of the dress.
Diana matches her dress with a simple red hairband as her hair is swept back into two low pigtails, while her blonde fringe sweeps across her forehead.
The little girl has a navy blue cardigan to cover her arms and shoulders as she stands in front of a bush to pose for the camera.
Charlotte’s likeness to her late grandmother will no doubt remind William of his late mother Diana, who he is still missing 23 years after her tragic passing.

Royal expert Katie Nicholl told OK! magazine last week: “William misses his mother. It must be emotional for him that she’s not here to share this.
“She’s still a significant part of his life so inevitably, on his birthday, his thoughts will be with her.”
Katie added: “William is keeping his mother’s memory alive. They have photos of Diana around the house, very deliberately so, and he speaks about her to the children. He and Kate share stories with them about how Diana helped people and they tell the children how much they would have loved their grandmother.”
