Pink Floyd legend Roger Waters has paid tribute to the late John Prine by sharing a cover of “Paradise.”
On Saturday, Waters shared a video of himself performing an acoustic version of “Paradise,” a song that featured on Prince’s 1971 self-titled debut album.
“My friend John Prine died. This is his song, ‘Paradise,'” Waters captioned the YouTube video. “Miss you, brother.”
Prine died on April 7 from complications of COVID-19. He was 73.
Tributes for Prine have been pouring in since his death. Several musicians, including Bon Iver, Bruce Springsteen, Bonnie Raitt, Brandi Carlile, Erich Church, and Jeff Tweedy have paid tribute to the fallen legend.
