Ruth Langsford stuns fans as she reveals she wears hidden hair extensions for thickness following menopause

This Morning’s Ruth Langsford filmed herself getting her hair extensions refitted at a salon as she documented the experience for her fans.

The 59 year old TV host revealed that she wears tape extensions after the menopause left her hair feeling thinner.

Ruth’s hairdresser Leo fits new long extensions into her hair, which she says will be cut short to match her signature hair style.

Her hairdresser Leo continued to say: “We have added these tapes in – they last ten weeks. We have put ten in your hair today.”

Ruth added: “I like it because it does feel thicker.

“My hair has gone a bit thin with the menopause – the lovely old menopause. But I can feel it.
