Actress Jessica Alba is giving off serious Honey vibes with her latest TikTok dance video. She did the viral #savagechallenge, nailing the choreo to Megan Thee Stallion’s song “Savage” in a cropped sweater and jeans. The 38-year-old’s toned abs peeked out and basically became the star of the video.
“#friyay #happyathome 😜#megantheestallion #savagechallenge -and learned this one in 12 min while @cash_warren was silently judging me,” she captioned a repost of her TikTok on Instagram. (Btw, this wasn’t Jessica’s first stab at TikTok dance challenges—she’s already kind of a master.)

And Jessica’s famous friends were here for her sweet moves.
Actress Jamie King commented, “Hey get it Jess! 😍”, and Ayesha Curry wrote, ” 😍 Obsessed.”
But Jessica’s abs clearly stole the show—here’s how she gets them:
Jessica’s a Body Love devotee.
The L.A.’s Finest star follows a program by Kelly Leveque, a celeb health and wellness consultant who completed her post-grad clinical nutrition education at UCLA and UC Berkeley, who taught Jessica how to approach food in a new way, enjoy herself, and eat in a manner that felt good. It’s about “eating the food your body needs to make your skin glow, feed your gut, and give you energy,” Leveque told Women’s Health.
She starts the day with a smoothie.
“It sets you up for success by helping you feel full so you can be calmer by the time lunch rolls around and naturally make better choices throughout the day,” says Leveque. A green smoothie with protein powder, avocado, chia seeds, spinach, and nut milk is one of Jessica’s favorites.
Jessica sticks to the “Fab Four.”
“This is your ticket to food freedom,” says Leveque. Make sure your plate has four things: a protein, healthy fat, fiber, and greens. In combination, these regulate over eight hunger hormones in your body and optimize blood sugar balance, she explains. One example is having a beef stir-fry with broccolini or a bowl of zucchini noodles topped with meatballs and Parmesan cheese. (Yum!) With this formula, you can go out to eat or order take-out no problem. Just make sure you get your Fab Four, then add something extra, like a glass of wine for fun if you’re out with your girlfriends.
And, of course, Jessica loves a workout class.
“I really like taking group classes, or I like to work out with friends,” she told Byrdie. “I like high-intensity workouts; I like moving around a lot. I don’t like a lot of repetition. I like spin classes, depending on the teacher and the playlist. I do like hot yoga classes, if it’s done at a good pace. I prefer it mixed in with light weights, so like a sculpting hot yoga class. I’ll always work out with a friend because it’s more fun.”
While those classes aren’t accessible right now, it’s good to see Jess is still making time for some dance cardio workouts.
