William, Kate, Harry, and Meghan Reunite For a Very Important Cause

Over the past year, the royal “fab four” have slowly been splitting their offices and creating their own separate charitable foundations, which will allow them to focus more closely on the causes they hold dear. But that doesn’t mean they won’t still join forces when they share a passion for a great cause. In fact, Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle recently recorded the narration for a new video promoting a mental health campaign from Public Health England.

Though they don’t appear in the video — which instead features the faces of celebrities and members of the public — all four royals lend their voices to the Every Mind Matters campaign, which provides simple tools and resources to help people look after their mental health and well-being. “Everyone knows that feeling, when life gets on top of us,” William explains at the beginning of the video, with his brother Harry continuing, “We feel stressed, low, anxious, or have trouble sleeping.” Meghan and Kate then go on to explain the services provided, which include an online plan and toolset.

Mental health has always been a cause that both princes hold deal. Prince William often speaks out about the importance of breaking the stigma attached to the subject, and the Duchess of Cambridge is particularly involved in causes that focus on mental health in children and young people. Harry and Meghan, meanwhile, include mental health awareness in their royal tours, and Harry has spoken about his own battles with mental health on a number of occasions. It makes sense that this is a cause that would bring the couples together once more.
