Naturally, Big Little Lies got its fair share of Golden Globe nominations tonight — and that means we’re being treated to some seriously gorgeous Big Little Lies cast looks. And their fashion isn’t all we’re obsessing over: Once again, we’re reminded how close the Monterey Five is in real life, and we’re loving this mini-reunion happening out on the red carpet.
While Laura Dern was being interviewed, friend and co-star Nicole Kidman snuck up behind her to give her a hug. After assuring each other they’ll sit together for at least part of the night (both women are part of multiple nominated projects), Kidman talked about getting to work with Dern on Big Little Lies. “We’re so lucky to work together and to love each other and to be able to create together,” she gushed. And we’re lucky to get to watch them!
