ARCS London Launches First Collection of "Slow-Made" Accessories

Emerging London-based accessories label ARCS London has revealed its first collection. Describing the Spring/Summer 2022 pieces as “slow made,” the label has focused on textile innovation, using both piece-dyed recycled polyester and its custom-made ARCS Twill fabric

The debut collection features a range of silhouettes inspired by both technical dry bags and bike courier silhouettes. ARCS mixes the technical influence of these styles with its own take on technical fabrications, utilizing its very own take on a classic twill material, designed for its durability and stain-resistance.

One standout style is the HEY sling bag — the largest silhouette in the SS22 capsule — that can be worn as a statement piece or can reduce in size to fit in under the wearer’s arm. Additionally, the collection includes the KAPHA and FRENZ cross body bags and the MINUTE neck pouch. All four styles arrive in either of the two fabric options, as well as black or “Cub” colorways.

The full SS22 collection is available for pre-order now from the ARCS London web store, with deliveries set to begin in late November.

In other fashion news, Gramicci and nonnative recently linked up for a functionality-focused collection.
