In an ongoing partnership that oozes with free-spirit, Italian fashion brand Ellesse teams up with Tomorrowland to craft an 21-piece winter capsule for the most fashion conscious skiers and festival goers.
Arriving just in time for Tomorrowland’s third edition winter festival, the second capsule collection by the duo tailors the Ellesse’s high-performance ski garments to the upcoming day-to-night party settings with bold bursts of color and all-over prints. Starting with outerwear, the brand focuses on lightweight wind jackets that can be layered with thicker coats or worn individually. Both men’s and women’s offerings take on color-blocked panels and taped details that incorporate Tomorrowland’s butterfly motif.
Doused in the collection’s accent tones of pink, red, white and black, knitted garments prove to be more striking in their appearance. While some pieces adopt enlarged ‘Tomorrowland’ typography, the rest come inspired by vintage ski jumpers with lateral stripes. Other items – such as trousers, ski bibs and long-sleeved tops – are comparatively pared-back with minimal prints and color combinations, toning down the capsule’s louder items when paired together.
Ellesse also introduces new winter accessories that are designed to round-off the bold look. As well as essential knitted hats, ear muffs and gloves, the brand collaborates with Melon Optics to construct a mini-range of pink chrome goggles and sunglasses. Winter sports enthusiasts can also pick up a special-edition Capita snowboard for the event, plastered with vibrant stripes and stand-out branding.
As the worlds of winter style and electronic beats collide, Ellesse and Tomorrowland produce a new campaign that highlights four trailblazers who blur the lines between fashion and music. The visuals feature seasoned model Romi, style curator Montell Martin, singer-songwriter Connie Constance and producer Henri PFR. Take a closer look in the gallery above.
The new Tomorrowland x Ellesse capsule collection is available to buy online, Ellesse stores and select partner retailers.
