Following the launch of its Fall-ready “Olive” Patchwork sneakers last week, Maison Margiela returns to its deconstructed silhouette to dress it in a rich, mesmerizing “Deep Purple” shade.
Calfskin and nylon comprise the sneaker’s tonal patchwork upper, while the rear is overlaid with a rich burgundy suede alongside a leather padded collar, hell and branded tongue. Crafted in Italy, the Maison’s numerical logo is also found on the tongue, as well as being encircled at the rear of the midsole.
The French fashion house’s unique sneaker is completed with a stacked sole boasting raw edges and contrasting stitching, while a retro-inspired classic gum rubber outsole rounds things out.
Maison Margiela’s “Deep Purple” Patchwork Sneaker is available to buy now from its online webstore, retailing at $740 USD.
