Japanese pricing for the new 2023 Nissan Z has arrived and it appears it might have an edge over the Toyota GR Supra in terms of value. Reported by Carscoops, the new Z with its base V6 and 400 horsepower is priced just $1,930 USD more than Toyota’s 255 horsepower GR Supra 2.0.
Pricing can be found below:
Fairlady Z 6sp Manual – ¥5,241,500 JPY ($40,890 USD)
Fairlady Z Version S 6sp Manual – ¥6,063,200 JPY ($47,300 USD)
Fairlady Z Version ST 6sp Manual – ¥6,462,500 JPY ($50,416 USD)

Fairlady Z Version T Automatic- ¥5,687,000 JPY ($44,366 USD)

If you wish to match up the horsepower more evenly, Toyota’s 3.0-liter six-cylinder GR Supra RZ will cost you roughly $57,000 USD for the boost to 382 horsepower. Another pro for the Z is that it will be available in a 6-speed manual whereas the Supra is currently only available in an eight-speed automatic.
