R Kelly's girlfriends Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary 'to support him in court'

R Kelly’s girlfriends Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary have insisted they’re still living at his apartment and will reportedly support him in court.

The singer, 52, was arrested in New York on Thursday on child pornography and sex trafficking charges after 20 videos allegedly showing him having sex with underage girls were reportedly handed to police.

Joycelyn, 23, and Azriel, 21, were said to have been temporarily removed from Kelly’s Trump Tower apartment after it was raided and sealed off by police.

In a video obtained by TMZ, the girls deny being evicted.

Azriel says in the clip: ‘We’re here at the Trump and we’ve been here for years. We move freely, we come and go freely. We actually just stepped out this morning.’

She then pans the camera round to show off the New York skyline to prove they are in the Tower.

Azriel adds: ‘We just wanted to clear that up. Do not believe everything that you hear.’

TMZ claimed the girls will attend Kelly’s bond hearing, according to their attorney Gloria Schmidt.

They will reportedly hold a news conference after the hearing to react to whatever the judge decides.

Metro.co.uk has contacted the women and R-Kelly’s reps for comment.

Joycelyn and Azriel put on a united front back in February, walking hand-in-hand into court for Kelly’s bond hearing for his arrest on separate sexual abuse charges in Cook County.

The parents of both women have publicly expressed their disgust at them living with R Kelly. The girls have been accused of being Kelly’s ‘sex slaves’ in the past.

In a heated interview with Gayle King earlier this year, R Kelly accused the parents of the girls he is alleged to have sexually abused and held hostage, of ‘selling’ their daughters to him.

He said: ‘They’re my girlfriends, we have a relationship. It’s real. I’ve known guys all my life to have five or six women.’
