At this Georgian Colonial mansion at 78 Grandview Boulevard in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, Taylor Swift spent a significant portion of her formative years. This exquisite setting undoubtedly sparked Swift’s interest in real estate with its spacious entryway and sun-drenched study, where she reputedly performed guitar as a child. Swift relocated to Nashville when she was 14 years old, but in 2013, she listed her family’s house for a whopping $700,000.

For $47.7 million, the singer who wore the most expensive dresses on red carpet has purchased an entire block in New York City. In 2014, she paid $19.95 million for two neighboring penthouses in a Tribeca building, marking her first real estate acquisition in New York City. Around $10 million in 2018 to purchase the building’s second-floor complex. The 3,540 square-foot apartment is what she acquired in an off-market transaction from investor Jeremy Phillips. In June 2011, she bought a new home in Nashville for $2.5 million, this time in the peaceful Forest Hills neighborhood.
